It will be interesting to see if this young man can step away from his former mentor and take on a more ethical path in life.  
As for me, I will continue to speak out against fraudulent realtors like Wilson Lourenco and as long as I am able, I will continue to warn innocent buyers about potential unethical behaviours of their agent(s).  I have always been a strong believer in how you treat people is how you get treated by others.
