 Motivational Courses Using Life Coaching Hypnotherapy And NLP Part 3/3


Life coaching, Hypnotherapy and NLP are all very popular in the coaching world. They all provide solutions to problems that people face in their lives and work. In this blog post I am going to explain how life coaching can help you by looking at two examples of situations where life coaching hypnotherapy and nlp techniques have been used:

*A person who has lost their job has been feeling unproductive. 
*A person who is struggling with anxiety issues that they had as a child and now again as an adult. 
In hypnotherapy and NLP the main focus is on making your subconscious mind remember the success that you have had before in your life and therefore help you get back up again. What happens is that you begin to access these memories of success to make you feel hopeful and positive. Once this happens, your subconscious mind will then be prepared to make new memories of creative successes which can strengthen your belief in yourself and give you the motivation and confidence to move forward.

When you are feeling down it is very easy to focus on the negatives in life. When you are having a good day you focus on what is going well and the positives in life we all experience. Many of us sometimes though tend to forget about the good things that have happened in our lives or things that have gone well for us. A classic example is when someone loses their job and then feels very depressed about it or finds it difficult to find another one as they feel that there are no jobs left. They then start to think about all of their past jobs where they were not successful or did not get on with their boss. They may start to think that it is because of these past experiences that they have had that they will not be able to find another job. In effect what happens is that the person has forgotten about the successes in their lives and in life in general. The subconscious mind has forgotten the memories of one’s successes in life which gives them a negative outlook on things.

In life coaching hypnotherapy and NLP techniques we tend to activate the subconscious mind with positive suggestions about the remembering of one’s past success. After this happens the person that has lost their job can then begin to feel hopeful and start to build their confidence up again. This is done by using hypnotherapy, NLP techniques and my own coaching techniques in order to get the clients thinking differently regarding their situation. Over time the subconscious mind begins to create new positive and creative memories of what their earlier successes in life were. After doing this for a period of time the person will feel more confident and hopeful about things again.

When I was growing up I was very overly active, however as I got older my life changed with the responsibilities of working and bringing up my son. As a result of this change in my life many things had happened that were similar to what was described above. I found that I had not been able to do the things that I loved to do. I wanted to do some life coaching hypnotherapy and NLP to overcome the anxiety issues that were stopping me from doing these things again. We looked into what my earlier successes in life had been and then we set up positive measurable goals for my future. This was done with the aim of creating new positive memories about what myself being successful again could be like also.

Once this happened, I felt more confident and positive about myself and my future again. The subconscious mind began to receive new positive suggestions about itself and life in general. This helped me to feel more confident about my abilities, my life and what I wanted to achieve. In time I was able to move forward again with ease feeling positive about myself totally and able to achieve anything that I put my mind to.

If you are looking for a hypnotherapist, life coach or NLP practitioner please make sure you do your research and talk to other people who have been through these courses first. All hypnotherapists, life coaches and NLP practitioners are different in the way that they work. However what they have in common is that they all want to help people to overcome their problems. They all have different methods to help you do this.
