Time Management Strategies for Effective Event Planning

There is an old adage that says, "Time management is personal growth." This article explores what time management actually means, why it's important, and how you can tackle your own time management skills to grow as a person.

The article also includes some tips on how to use the principles of time management in our day-to-day lives. In sum: don't let today be just another day where we feel lost and go back on ourselves; instead, make every day count by taking control of time and using it for our benefit.

For more information, check out our article, Time Management 2.0 ~ The New Economy . In addition, the next article in this series will be about "Conquering Time."

Caribbean island of St. Kitts in the West Indies is a famous tourist attraction for its beaches and ocean views, but it also serves as a playground for rich Americans, VIPs, politicians and celebrities. The Caribbean island is home to 29 billionaires, who have an average net worth of US$4.3 billion, with one billionaire alone worth about US$1.2 billion.

The richest person on the island is Robert Kauffman, owner of the St Kitts-based supermarket chain Market Basket, whose fortune is valued at US$1.4 billion.

He is followed by real estate developer Stanley Forte, who owns and operates the Sugar Cane Club resort on the island. Forte has a net worth of US$1.3 billion, according to Forbes.

Other billionaires living on the island include casino magnate Sheldon Adelson and wife Miriam Ochshorn, who are worth an estimated US$30 billion and $16 billion respectively; financier Charles Allen (US$1.5 billion); Palm Beach Polo owner John Goodman (US$1.4 billion); and Bill Koch, whose brother David is reportedly the world's richest man with an estimated fortune of more than US$50 billion.

The island has a total of 16 billionaires and eight millionaires, according to Forbes. The US$4.3 billion net worth of the 29 billionaires can be attributed to natural resources and tourism, Forbes also noted.
