Is Life Really A Rat Race?
Is Nail Biting A Constant Problem For You?
Do you feel like there are no opportunities knocking at your door? You may be struggling to find success in a profession, your career, or even just in life. You could have great ideas on new ventures and constantly generate ideas but they never seem to take off.
If this is the case with you then you may be missing out on one of the best opportunities that will change your life forever. If there is anything that has taught me it's that no matter how much difficulty you face it always pays off if you keep fighting and fighting hard until success finally comes your way.
Mr. Shaggy (Perry Como) is a good example of how successful people persevere and eventually get opportunities that will change their lives forever. He had a lot of hardship to overcome when he was young and he even had to drop out of school because times were tough for his family.
He struggled for many years and failed in many ventures until one day opportunity knocked on his door and gave him the chance to be part of the biggest musical group in history, The Beatles.
This single opportunity changed his life completely and he achieved more than most people can ever dream to achieve in a lifetime. With this new found success Mr. Shaggy was able to make millions with just one single opportunity at hand.
It's all about taking advantage of opportunities when they present themselves. Shortly after the Beatles broke up Mr. Shaggy was the only one that was able to capitalize and make millions from their success.
If he did not take advantage of this opportunity then he would have wasted a once in a lifetime chance and would not have been as successful as he is today. This is a perfect example of how important it is to seize any opportunity that presents itself (even if you are scared, doubtful, or hesitant).

Article 19-4-4 (a) of the Indian constitution provides for Freedom of Speech and Expression which includes freedom to hold opinions and express them and this includes criticism or analysis of social or economic conditions .
If you are concerned about a change in the law and want to do some activism then you may want to consider writing a letter to your state governor, federal congressman or the president. The more people that write to the government about an issue the more likely that government will take notice and make changes for the benefit of all.
A few years ago I wrote a letter to my congressman and it has helped countless people in my local community. If you are interested in doing something similar then you can find a sample letter here http://www.article19.org/
Article 19 of the constitution of India states that "No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law."
If you have been detained without charge or if you have been kidnapped and are held against your will then there are some things you can do to help yourself. You should start by doing regular breathing exercise and relaxation because both these things will help you to relax and calm down so that you can think clearly about what needs to be done. Once your mind is clear then begin making phone calls.
When contacting the police or any authority about a kidnapping, detention or arrest always make them aware of your rights as an individual , never forget that "[... t]he fundamental rights and freedoms are natural, social and constitutional rights which are intended to be enforced by the State in a just and fair manner."
-Article 17 of the constitution of India
When you contact the police or authorities about your situation you should let them know that you are a law abiding citizen that wants to get out of this situation peacefully. The less issues you create for yourself the better off you will be. It is always best to let the authorities know what happened to you as soon as possible because if they do not get notified they will not be able to help.
Conclusion
If you have been the victim of a violent crime, unfortunate accident or have been wrongfully detained escape is a necessity because if you do not get out of the situation alive then no one will be able to help. We all want to live happily and avoid pain, but when we find ourselves in situations where escaping is impossible it is important that we make peace with our fate.
While this may seem like an easy task it can be extremely difficult because there are many factors to consider such as finances, family, friends and much more.
In some cases it is better to just accept your fate and let whatever happens happen because it's impossible to predict what will happen in the future.
If you have any other ideas on how to escape when you are detained in a situation that would make escaping impossible then please leave a comment and let me know.

Nothing in this article is guaranteed to work 100% of the time, but it has proven effective for many people who have used it and I hope that it works for you too .

1. A prisoner I got in 'Nil By Mouth' with his arms behind his back." 2. A bail bondsman with a man he was transporting in handcuffs." 3. An armed robber who pulled out a knife on my partner and me. 4. Myself with a white prison gang gang.
"The right-wing Freedom Front Plus said on Tuesday that it was concerned about the trend of handing out suspended sentences rather than imposing harsh penalties, which they believed would not deter criminals."
"FANCY an easy life behind bars? A growing number of South African prisoners are coming clean and opting to tell the authorities what is really happening inside their jails so they can get early parole, police say."
"Johannesburg - Delivering illegal drugs to awaiting prisoners on a daily basis is taking too much time for one drug courier, who has decided to 'bulk up' the deliveries by having his girlfriend deliver the drugs. KwaZulu-Natal police are on the hunt for the man and his girlfriend after they were caught transporting dagga and Mandrax tablets to awaiting prisoners at the KwaDukuza prison on Tuesday. It is alleged that when police intercepted a white VW Polo, they found an 18-year-old woman sitting in the passenger seat with two parcels of dagga under her. The man was driving."
"A gang of armed men broke into a luxury mansion in Bedfordview, Johannesburg, allegedly attacked security guards and held the family hostage while they ransacked the house, stealing valuables believed to be worth millions. The gang, who arrived in two bakkies, used a set of iron bars found in the house to smash security windows and gain access to the grounds," according to news reports from News24.com. The robbers made off with luxury handbags, items worth hundreds of thousands of rands, the BBC reported. A source at the police's elite Hawks unit said the raid was similar to that carried out recently by two men in Joburg who took hostages and stole millions from a luxury hotel. "The two men held security guards and customers at gunpoint and demanded valuables such as cash and jewellery before fleeing with millions," he said.
Conclusion. The failure of the South African government to ratify the amendment to CEDAW that includes men in the definition of discrimination against women has meant that its treatment of men in terms of its obligations under international human rights instruments are inconsistent, with some provisions protecting men and others not. The general failure to introduce anti-discrimination legislation generally (apart from on the grounds of race and gender) means that there is no protection against sex discrimination generally, which means that domestic violence laws based on gender have left women without adequate protection.
The following government departments have policies and/or guidelines for dealing with sexual offences.
The following bills are currently before Parliament.
