No matter if you're thinking about your personal goals or planning to start a business, it's all about taking the first step. -Take small steps for perfect results: Don't make huge leaps when building new habits into life. Instead, take small steps that you can easily accomplish to reinforce the new habits that you want to make permanent. It's important to reward yourself for taking these steps as well as keeping a journal of your progress! By rewarding yourself for new accomplishments, it helps motivate you and keeps you going.


-Identify what is holding you back: There will always be something holding you back from achieving your goals, but many people don't even realize what's holding them back. It could be anything from an emotional issue to physical hinderance, but it's important to identify and understand what's preventing you from achieving your dreams. Reactions are the ultimate catalyst for driving forward. When you understand what's standing in your way and how you can overcome it, you're able to make the necessary changes to get over it.


-Make a plan: Whether you want to lose weight or build your company, having a plan is essential. But if you're not willing to start taking steps towards your dreams, then having a plan will only be an exercise in futility. No matter how brilliant of a plan you have, without the action steps (which should come from following through with your plans), your dream will remain unfulfilled no matter how amazing your dreams may seem on paper.


-Make it a habit: Habits are hard to form because they take work. But the good news is that once you have a good habit, it stays with you. You'll always be able to fall back on your habits and feel confident knowing that you can achieve what's on your mind. Why not make it a habit to start taking action towards your goals?


-Have a CEO of success who manages you: Everyone seems to be in charge of their own life, but I've found this isn't the case when it comes down to achieving one's dreams. It's important that we delegate the tasks and people who can help us achieve our goals and set our minds into motion. Whether it be a mentor, a friend, or someone you hire, delegating the tasks needed to achieve your dreams is one of the most important steps to take. They can also help you develop the habits that can help keep you on track and help you set new goals in the future.


-Turn your unanswerable questions into an answerable ones: No one knows for sure what's holding people back from achieving their dreams, but it's likely that there are several answers (or at least some) out there. If you can find answers to someone else's unanswerable questions, then you'll be able to turn those answers into learnings that can help you achieve your dreams. If your dreams are so important and the hardships are so great, then it's likely that there are others who have gone through similar conditions and came out stronger on the other side. Looking for answers is not only healthy but also keeps you motivated to continue learning and making strides in your life.

But whatever the case may be, make sure you surround yourself with positivity because it will only help you on your journey to success.
