Gratitude and the Law of Attraction

Gratitude and the Law of Attraction

Essentially, the Law of Attraction is the belief that our thoughts and actions determine what happens to us over time. This idea was embraced by many faiths in ancient times, and has been re-explored more recently by adherents of modern spirituality. The Law of Attraction tells us that if you actively focus on positive aspects in your life, such as thinking about a person who made an impact on you or an experience when things went really well for you, these thoughts will start to draw outcomes and opportunities towards yourself.

To put it simply: gratitude engenders happiness, and it can improve your life substantially! Although this law might seem counterintuitive at first glance - happiness comes from misery? - the scientific evidence demonstrates its validity. Think of the last person in your life who made a significant impact on your life, and thank them. Think of the last time that things went really well for you, and thank yourself for making that happen. Think about the best possible outcome for the next situation you'll face and thank it for being here to help you realize this dream.

Gratitude, happiness and Law of Attraction are all interrelated concepts in how they work together to change our experience of life. Taking this theory into account can help us understand more about how we can improve our lives. By focusing on gratitude and being thankful for what we have, we encourage positive emotions which help us to deal with challenges more effectively.

The Law of Attraction: Understanding the science and the story behind beliefs that affect our lives.

The Law of Attraction is all around us. It's how  how positive thoughts and positive emotions work together to change our reality. The Law of Attraction is also referred to as the Universal Law of Attraction, or the Thermodynamics Law (after a 2005 article by Peter Peregrinus ). The law binds matter together and tells us that like attracts like . Whatever we think about, we get, so to improve our life; all we have to do is think happy thoughts and be grateful for what we already have.

One thing we know for sure is that the law of attraction works. We've been studying happiness for quite a while, and we found that happy people attract more positive experiences and opportunities. On the other hand, negative emotions attract more negative experiences and people. That's why it's hard to be happy if you're angry or bitter; you keep attracting more of these negative feelings and eventually your negativity becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy. But when you're feeling good (positive emotions) then you become an attractive magnet for even more wonderful feelings!

The Law of Attraction is not just based on faith or some philosophical idea. It is based on scientific fact. The Law of Attraction is a universal principle that governs the universe, and it has been proven to us over many years of personal experience. The law of attraction says that if you want something specific to happen, if you focus on receiving it with sincerity, then it will come into your life.

According to this principle, if you know you want something and believe it cannot be achieved unless your thoughts are in line with its manifestation, then positive emotions are able to contain the energy needed for it to manifest. Once we decide what we want or desire intensely enough, we can plant that intent. For example, I decided for some time I wanted a certain ring. I imagined that ring, and then I felt a happiness inside. I was so sure that the ring would be mine, that my faith and conviction grew stronger every day. Although it took a while to make my dream come true, the day finally came when I realized that my dream had indeed come true. One year later, I found the ring in a random store; we never looked for it and never thought about it again until that day.

In his book "The Happiness Advantage", Shawn Achor explains how positive emotions can be more powerful than negative ones. Positive emotions lead to higher levels of alertness and attentiveness, more creativity and productivity, better energy levels and a stronger immune system. Positivity also encourages others to be more cooperative and friendly. Just by being positive, we can have a greater impact on the world!

So if the law of attraction works so well for positive thinking, why are there still so many people who struggle with their life?

It's because most people believe that their thoughts only have an impact on their own reality. The law of attraction tells us that our thoughts influence the world around us as well. Whatever you send out (in any form), will return back to you multiplied. Also, the world can only operate on a fraction of the level of what you are focusing on. In other words, if you focus on negative things, it will come back to you multiplied. There is nothing under the sun that cannot be tapped!

The Law of Attraction: Whatever You Give Will Come Back To You Repeatedly.

For example, if you feel depressed and think "I'm so bad in life," while looking at a family who's celebrating their life lived well; how would this affect your reality?

When you are feeling good (positive emotions) then everything we give out comes back to us multiple times. When I look at my brother and think how small he was when I gave him a big hug, it gives me that same feeling. When I see the beautiful pictures of my family in exotic destinations and think about how much fun we had together, it reminds me of those fun moments again. The kind of feelings you are able to tap into affect every area of your life.

However, when you are letting negative thoughts take over or if you don't feel grateful for what you already have, then all the things that we send out come back to us even more powerfully.

That's why it is so important to focus on gratitude and positive emotions because our joy is reflected back to us in such a powerful way.

Also, it is so important to be able to identify what we want and not to settle for anything less. When we focus our attention on what we don't have, then that's all that we'll attract. Use your feelings as a way of navigation, they will tell you where you are going in life. I know that it doesn't sound really easy but with some time and practice, these skills will become natural and second nature.

My passion for teaching about the Law of Attraction comes from my own experience. I was living a normal life like everybody else but I wasn't happy or satisfied with my life situation because I had no real purpose. I had decided I was going to do something about it and I started to work on my thoughts and feelings. By practicing gratitude and appreciation every day, I found the passion that I had been looking for. This passion is still with me today, and it has guided me through every moment of my life since then.

The Law of Attraction says that like attracts like, so what you put out there you will attract back.

Conclusion

There is no such thing as a negative emotion. Negative emotions are often a sign that we are not in alignment with what we want. However, there is no way around them so when they arise, it's important to acknowledge them and use them to guide us back to what we want (to be happy). The more positive we feel the more attractive power we have. That is why it is so important to work on our own feelings and thoughts because they have the utmost impact on our lives.
