Car Insurance. It's Getting Increasingly Expensive When You're Elderly.

As we age, the likelihood of losing one or more of our faculties increases and, in turn, our likelihood of being involved in an accident. These crashes can be life-altering. To accommodate for these changing demographics and to protect the elderly population from hefty price hikes, some insurance companies will offer seniors a discounted policy rate. However, you may need to find an insurer that offers this type of discount because many do not offer these types of policies. Additionally, switching insurers may mean you're forced to pay higher penalties for cancellation.

Car Insurance for the Elderly is costly and you may need to find a cheaper insurer to get the discount that you are entitled to because many do not offer them, or if you switch insurers there could be a big penalty for cancelling your policy.

This article was on the front page of Google search for my search query and is an excellent example of effective content marketing for a niche website. This is not only a highly relevant piece of content, but it also offers sufficient reason to proceed to the site by offering both information which has been discussed in the article as well as the promise of relevant research and information about insurance.

As is common with good content marketing, this article mixes value-added information ("What It's Like to Drive Around Las Vegas"), a relevant product or service pitch ("How Much Does Car Insurance Cost") and some what-to-do tips ("How Much Does Insurance Cost?").

In the 1990s, there were two types of car insurance that America could afford for their older drivers: No-Fault insurance or Third Party Insurance. Despite the fact that No-Fault was more expensive than Third Party, people flocked to No-Fault due to the cost and because they thought it was more comprehensive in times of an accident.

And then came a new type of insurance called "Medigap" and third party rates began to rise at an alarmingly fast rate for older drivers.

Today, car insurance is a very important part of life. It is not only something that most Americans use to get around the country and/or afford a car for themselves, but older adults have more medical issues than younger drivers. That has sparked a move from Third Party Insurance to Medigap Insurance and an increase in the price of Third Party insurance.

There are two reasons why there exists a growing need for senior car insurance. The first of which is because the percentage of Americans who are driving has increased over the years. This means that there are more people on the road that may be involved in an accident and could have to deal with the expenses resulting from it.

The second reason is because the number of older drivers has risen significantly in recent times. This is true despite what many believe, which is that most senior drivers actually don't drive at all anymore, but this just isn't true all the time. Just like their younger counterparts, senior citizens can drive just as fast and some even feel as though they have better control behind closed doors than they would on any freeway.

For seniors, car insurance is an essential part of their lives because they need to get around to remain independent. However, there are different types of senior car insurance policies that will provide coverage for any drivers over the age of 65 years old and help protect them when they are on the road.

Conclusion

The content marketing campaign performed very well, with a huge number of links being created and pointing back to the site. Target keywords also rose substantially in the SERPs, as did many other related terms.

Despite our efforts to improve site performance, traffic was relatively flat compared to the previous month. This is likely due to competing sites remaining high in the SERPs after they were linked to from this campaign (see section below). It's difficult for organic search growth when there is a large amount of competition from other sites in organic search results for similar terms. These competitors are likely linking to a similar range of pages as we did during this campaign.
