Some people see failure as the endpoint, but it's not. Failure is just a step on the road to success. Don't let it stop you from pushing yourself, from dreaming large--from doing everything you can to achieve your own potential. It may be hard and seemingly impossible at this point in time to continue on, but don't let that discourage you. All it takes is a little time and a lot of effort for your success story to become one of inspiration and hope for others who are going through what they're going through now or will eventually have to go through themselves.

Failure can be hard on any person, but it doesn't have to defeat them if they will keep pushing themselves and don't let the setbacks stop them for good. Learning from your failures rather than letting them destroy you gets you through your bad times and helps you achieve success with ease. And learning to bounce back from failure is not as hard as it seems, either.
Don't let failure get you down. You can take a break from your school work or project to spend time getting things in order if you know that the lack of effort will only ruin your chances of success. But that doesn't mean going on break is easy to do when you're feeling stressed out. So why not make it easier for yourself?
Get a second set of hands on the team to help out with the work or the project or just get someone else involved in helping with it. Get more people involved in what's stressing you out and they'll be able to give some positive feedback and emotional support as well as individual projects and so forth if they can see that it's not just you working on all this.
If you're feeling overwhelmed by everything that's going on, take a break and get some fresh air. Getting out of the house or classroom can ease some of the stress going on inside your body. The fresh air will help your mind relax and think more clearly than if you were still in the same place breathing in whatever odors it is you might be surrounded by at that moment.
For a study break, try to get a friend to hang out with you rather than being by yourself. Having someone to talk to can help you forget about stressing over your school work and instead, spend time enjoying each other's company while also having some fun. Or you could even just take that time for yourself to hang out with some friends.
Don't feel like you have to be with them all the time, anyway. You can always go do something else if they get on your nerves because they're trying to get you to loosen up and have some fun while everyone else around you is complaining about how much stress they're under.
Another good way of relieving stress is through exercise or sports. Doing something active can release those endorphins in your body that will make it easier for you to let go of any stress or tension you might be holding inside yourself.
While it's not easy for anyone to do, you can find some relaxation techniques to help relieve the stress you might be feeling. You may have heard of yoga or meditation. Even if you haven't, it doesn't mean you can't try them out to see how they make you feel inside. Those kinds of relaxation techniques are great for anyone who's having trouble letting go of any tension that might be built up in their body from stress and anxiety over anything.
Another good technique is hypnotherapy. This does require someone else to help put someone into a hypnotic state, though, but it's still very helpful for anyone who's having trouble dealing with the issues that are causing them so much stress in the first place.
The final way of weakening stress is to take up meditation. This simple technique can help take the pressure off of you and make you enjoy life more because it lets you live in the moment rather than worrying about what's going to happen tomorrow or next week or even next year.
And if that doesn't work, there are other healthy ways to relieve stress. Here are some examples.
Take a walk in the park.
Go out to your favorite local restaurant and just relax with friends. 
Get a massage and let someone else take care of all your stress worries for you.
Find an exercise class or even just a simple swim in the pool at the gym that will help you let go of any stress.
Make a new friend or reconnect with someone from school that you haven't been able to see for awhile, but who you still have in common with. Go eat dinner together and talk about your lives, whatever it may be that brings you two people together to do so.
Record your favorite TV shows and watch them over the weekend. You can still do this at home. All you need is a recording device like a DVR, VCR or even something as simple as an mp3 recorder if it's just audio. Download your favorite movies and watch them when you want to relax and feel good inside.
Get yourself some flowers from the garden center or pet store for relaxation purposes so you won't have to go far to get some fresh air. Or if they don't have any, then try going outside anyway for a few moments just to enjoy the sunshine on your face before going back inside again.
Get a little greenery in your apartment or house. Plant some plants or even trees that you can enjoy and that will bring in some fresh air as well.
Take a bath, either with a candle lit by the window or one lit inside on your way to the bathroom.
Play music when you're alone so that you can easily zone out to your favorite tunes.
Get an exercise tape or DVD and then actually go do it at home as a workout, while being careful not to overdo it so that you don't injure yourself any further from whatever has caused your stress in the first place.
