Wisdom and Building Strong Communities

  Wisdom and Building Strong Communities

We all crave belonging, meaning, and purpose. A sense of belonging in a community can make you feel like you're not alone in your journey. In the end, building strong communities is about building connections with people and learning to trust others over time.
The first step in building strong communities is learning to connect with people. You can start by meeting with others who are in similar situations, and letting them know that you're interested in joining them on their journey. This is a great place to start, and it doesn't need to be heavy or serious. You don't need to understand the crisis they're facing or what happened that lead up to it, but knowing they want your time and energy will mean a lot.
In order for you to meet others on this journey you must have built an online presence. Before building your personal brand, see what your community needs from you. What are you good at? How do you help other people? Once you find what your community needs, start looking for ways to give back. Your first step is keeping in touch by checking your social media feed and responding to comments. If you have an audience, share your personal story, don't be afraid to let people know that you're there for them.
Having a community can help change the way we think about ourselves and others. It can also build a sense of belonging that is just as important. When looking for opportunities to connect with people, try not to pick the most obvious ones or ones that will put you in a position where people might look down on your past decisions or mistakes. Try to find a group of people who are where you've been, are trying to get where you are, or are on the same path as you but have different experiences.
On this journey, find people who want to build strong communities with you. For more information on building strong communities visit the following link: https://www.wisdompubs.org/books/66-building-strong-communities .

Conclusion
As you can see from these links, there are many ways to connect with likeminded people even if you're not in person. With the right approach and a little bit of research, you'll find others on this journey. This change can happen in any community, and it starts when you decide to build strong communities with others. We all have something we can offer the world when we use our gifts to help others in need.
