Wisdom and Ethical Leadership
Executive Leadership is more than just managing people, projects, and processes. It's about being the voice for reason and strategy in times of change.
Leadership takes wisdom and ethical leadership to another level because it requires judgement on how to achieve a goal while also balancing the needs of all stakeholders. It requires an understanding of context -- what decisions are being made when -- so that you are able to make a decision that will be good for everyone involved. These skills give leaders the ability to build consensus, listen effectively, establish effective communication channels, evaluate risk levels - as well as recognize when something needs to change or stop altogether.
This training will provide you with the skills and tools to guide your organization towards success.
The course is designed to provide insights into:
1) Using a purpose-driven leadership model that will help you be more effective in helping your organization become what it wants to be, and 2) Helping you make decisions in the face of uncertainty.
I learned that my decisions on which path I take can have many consequences, but I need to make each decision with the weight of ethics behind it because I can't look at individuals as the same, no matter what their position are. The course taught me how to use my judgment based on fundamentals through experience of all kinds of problems that may arise with people and situations. I have to make sure that the right choice is made and the decisions are being kept in a process of ethics. The course also taught me how to listen to individuals and observe them so that I can better understand if they are being truthful or not.
My executive leadership skills have elevated my reputation as well as my position in the company. I've been able to help other departments with their tasks, projects, and problems, which has allowed them to view me as a resource and go-to person when they need help. I am able to get my point across more clearly and with less hesitation because I am confident in my knowledge of fundamentals and ethics.
For me, executive leadership is all about having an impact on a larger setting. Through my leadership, I've been able to give direction to my team and get them in the right direction. I've also been able to give them an example of how to reach their full potential as an individual by being able to work with people even when they don't always agree with me.
I learned that each person has his or her own strengths which makes it justifiable for me to find him or her skills based on what I know are important in the workplace. This is what sets each individual apart from another, but it's also essential in understanding how best we can all work together as a group of individuals.
Over the years, I have acquired great experience in both areas and can now help other individuals with their ideas and concerns. The course gave me more knowledge and background in leadership and also helped me understand how to talk to people effectively.

Conclusion:
It is becoming increasingly more important in today's work world to develop leadership skills and knowledge with regard to human resource management. As a result, the need for executive leadership as well as the need for HR management is growing. Both areas have been created because it was recognized that there were gaps in management that needed to be filled, and so they were. Both of these areas are necessary and each serve it's own purpose. However, it is essential that we understand how they both work together and compliment one another by helping management recognize our individual strengths along with our areas of improvement regarding ethics and morals.
