  Wisdom and Inner Peace

If you are one of the few lucky ones who remembers what it feels like to have an inner peace, then you know how fulfilling it can be. But for many people, they go about their days feeling stressed and worried and wondering why.

This article shares a number of easy exercises that will help put your mind at ease so that you can get back to living life instead of wasting precious time on needless worry. And not only are they easy to do, but they also don't require any special equipment.

Inner peace is diffusing into your life in a very simple way. You don't have to be taught or asked to do things; you just do them. The more you do them, the easier it becomes until you're doing without thinking about doing them and then they become habit-forming.

They are as follows:

Find a comfortable place to sit down, whether that's on the couch or by the water side, with your arms resting on either side of you. Close your eyes and think about what it really means to live in inner peace . Notice if your thoughts wander at all, and bring your attention back to what you're doing. Keep doing this until you're in a state of inner peace .

Increases your attention span by getting you to focus on the present moment.

Calms your body by making it easier to relax. Taking slow deep breaths while practicing this exercise helps you relax quickly. The more relaxed you are, the harder it is for stress to stay in your body.

Helps fight depression because when you're relaxed, there's less room for sadness or other negative feelings to find a home in your body. Allowing stress and negative emotions to linger in our physical form can lead to diseases like cancer or heart disease later on in life, so it is very important that we learn how to reduce these emotions as soon as possible.

Here's an easy exercise you can try at home without any special equipment. Start with five minutes.

Close your eyes and take deep breaths in through your nostrils, and out through your mouth as slowly as possible, noticing how the air coming out of your nose rushes up the back of your throat. Take a few seconds to notice how you feel: relaxed and refreshed or tense and anxious . Hold the last breath until it's time to exhale, or for about 5 seconds at least. Do this with each breath until you have done 10 breaths. If you feel relaxed and free of tension, then keep going. If you feel stressed or anxious, then go back to step one.

When you're ready, try this simple breathing technique when you're feeling stressed. It'll help to calm your body and mind down quickly.

Thank you so much for making the work easier than I take it of time on myself and focusing on things that matter more and not the small details that can get me to stress easily. Because no matter how busy I am doing my work, we can't forget about us and seeing yourself as the child that does not grow up to be a professional adult. This work is your gift to take a (self) time of healing and peace and focus on what is more important than all of these things.
